My real estate journey began when I was 19. It was 7:30 in the morning - an unfortunate time for any college student. I was sitting in my Introduction to Business class at the University of Central Florida. The professor asked that we build a basic website for our dream career. I thought for a moment and went to work. The result was a real estate business in Santa Barbara, CA.
One pre-med degree, a doctorate, and seven moves later, here I am. Here I’ve been for the past five years, and this brief testament to “manifestation” still is not lost on me.
I began my real estate journey with three things in mind: selling architecturally-inspiring luxury estates along the esteemed “American Riviera,” doing it at the highest level, all while cultivating lasting relationships with people whose company I genuinely enjoy. I can confidently say that I’ve done all three.
Along this journey I’ve directly closed, or assisted in the closing, of nearly $300 million in luxury residential real estate transactions.
One thing I’ve learned, the relationships created throughout the process are what remains when the negotiations are settled and the money has been wired. This is where the real living begins. This is when we begin building community together here in our little enclave of Montecito. These relationships have been the backbone of my business.
Our standard is excellence, the experience is forever.
While this unprecedented real estate market consumes the majority of my time, my jobs as a father to my son, Emerson (5 years old), and daughter, Isla (1 year old), and husband to my wife (and marketing savant), Casey, precedes anything else. At the end of the day, these legacies outlive anything I can achieve professionally.
Together we enjoy the beach, hiking, homemade pizza nights, and spending time with our friends and local family.
I grew up along the Gulf Coast of Naples, FL, the son of a successful landscape designer. I have to think my summer days spent suffering in the blistering heat and humidity of the south Florida sun drove me to the more accommodating climate of California. My days on-site at jobs with my dad led to my interest in brick and mortar, in place of dirt and plant material. That being said, I do love a good plant.
Work and dad-duty aside, I play tennis three days a week, surf up and down the coast when I can, am an avid Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir fan, I love to cook and bake, and am always playing music and “setting the vibe.”

MARKETING DIRECTOR
As Tyler's right-hand woman in life and business, Casey runs all things marketing and social media. While attending the University of Central Florida, Casey majored in Psychology with a strong focus in advertising.
When she's not creating marketing campaigns, websites, and managing social accounts, Casey can be found cooking, chasing the sunshine, and enjoying time with Tyler and their two young children.
Nothing else matters so much as long as you can come home and be with your family.
